Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working to make ShuushWear available in more countries in the future.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 5–10 working days. These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. Please allow a little time for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Tracking can occasionally take a few working days to update. If there has been no movement for an extended period, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to look into it.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning an item, please read our Return Policy in the website footer and email support@shuushwear.com for return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. Our customer care team will review the details and provide an appropriate solution.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order for the preferred size, colour or style.

Orders and Payment

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout before completing payment. If the code is valid, the discount will appear in your order summary. Some promotions are applied automatically and do not require a code.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All currently available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. The options shown may depend on your device and location.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us with your full name and delivery address.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size guide on the relevant product page before ordering, as sizing can differ between styles. If you are between sizes or need advice, contact our customer care team before placing your order.

Will an item be restocked?
